Mail Access Questions

I am looking to pull aside the mail access lines from my combos. I have two questions regarding this topic, so I would like to thank you in advance. 

1. What is the best mail access checker currently? Either a free one, cracked release, or a paid tool, I really do not mind.

2. What are e-mail domains or TLDs that I should avoid checking because they either have security that would not be passed or would be risky, etc?

I have not used it BUT I believe that X Slayer has come out with an email access checker I THINK it might be posted on his Facebook page (you can search him on FB)? I would avoid any of the obvious depending on where you live? If you are in the U.S. I would avoid any .gov, military or law enforcement although it would be fun to gain access to those LOL.
