Mail Access checker.

I am looking for a mail access checker to validate some of the emails that i got from a database dump that I did. I tried to use AIO but its painfully slow and sometimes doesn't work. I've removed gmail, hotmail and some other captcha blocked email services. I am mainly focusing on european emails. Is there any way? I have about 90k Email:Passwords.
