Make spam SB tab

So basically besides General & Marketplace it would be cool to have spam SB tab, and whoever have most messages at the end of every month could win some credits or smth

Sounds good, but I feel like it will be deserted, this feature should be mainly focused on the main chat, but it will have a twist, spam mode will be enabled manually or by time.
