Making own keywords

I have been told by the cracking experts that we always have to make own keywords Inorder to get HQ combos. So I tried to search a tutorial in youtube, cracked.to etc on making own keywords. But most common thing I can see is that by viewing page source we have to copy the content. But the question is from the view page source, we get hardly few keywords. So can anyone tell me other methods to make our own keywords.

make this for example :

(you can easily find email provider list on internet)
