I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with the all new scheme for Businesses backed by the Government.

Its called the 'bounce back loan' 

2k - 50k loan for businesses

Pay nothing in the first 12 months

After that its only 2.5% interest rate.

Ive come across people offering to do this loan for their businesses, for a guarantee 50k and then NOT pay the money back by dissolving the company.

Is anyone here familiar with this method of dissolving a business / avoid paying back the repayments of this loan?

So me and my partner have this, if you have it you need to be wary, any money taken out of the business account, you will have to pay 25% of that to the goverment.

Unless you have an interesting accountant this is not a good idea.
