Alright so first you have to order a product from Nike website ->
And keep to total order value under 500$ (it can work for more this is just the recommended value)
wait for it to arrive
after it arrive contact support via chat or call and say your package did not arrive (you can use other method but from my experience dna works just fine)
now there is 2 options:
1. the rep says he will start and internal invigilation and they will contact you after 3-6 days
2. they will instantly refund you
PRO TIP: if you want an instant refund and the rep says he will start an investgtion just close out of the chat open a new one and say you contact support and the chat got disconnected
then answer all his questions, repeat until you get a rep that will refund you.
