You need to stop, I assume that's the main problem at hand.

start a training plan. I personally dropped from 100kg to 88 during the summer up to now through cycling to begin with and now just controlled eatting/ not over eatting.

If you smoke weed, that too will fuck up your eatting habits so stop for now.

Everything needs to be done in moderation, you should go to the doctor to get a full examination imo. You may have underlying health conditions caused by your weight and knowing the full extent of them will only drive the idea of "I really need to lose weight" into your brain.

Just today I woke up with extremely bad pain beside my bladder, turns out I have kidney stones and I'm only 19.  Do everything to avoid being in my position, really not fun.

And finally, goodluck my friend.  I'm certain you'll do just fine, but you need to make the change. relying upon your parents/others will do nothing.

I was 107 kilos, now it's 85.5. It took me a year although I could weigh less if I wasn't lazy enough. I started ordering food by calories. Approximately 1.1-1.5 kcal a day. 
So, what I did is I ate less and it helped me.

You know I focused so much on losing weight but it never worked for me well. Exercises after exercises, various diets but none gave me a good result. I appreciate the contribution but I decided to do a weight reduction with the program that is shown on this website. Such methods are quite effective but not that popular.

I recommend incorporating Metamucil in your diet. It helps to control your appetite and make you feel full. If you need sugar then eat fruits.

make a diet that caps your calorie intake at around 2000 kcal and stick to it.
do some moderate strength training at start and increase it as your capacity increases.
drink lots of water (at least 5L / day is what i would suggest), to boost metabolism and help you in weight loss.
and lastly do some evening walk for about a hour or two that's more than sufficient.
remember you don't have to restrict your love of food, you can eat whatever you want as long as you measure the calories you intake.
trust the process and keep grinding.
I was 336lbs and now i am at 282 lbs withing 8-9 months of hard-work.
trust me it's worth it and you can do it.

The only tip I can give you is to go on a diet. I don't mean a strict diet, but maybe just watch out for how many fatty or sugary things you consume per day. Hopefully that helps. :P
