Lets start with the basis of how I was put a homework 40 points and this been at this for 2 weeks but instant wordpress nor xampp is not working for me. Or rather no idea how.
I've been tasked with creating a "website" and I just to do offline for now, I can learn how to pass it online, but rather how do install Active Super Shop Multi-vendor CMS, the version I found is 1.5.5
