If you want redeem the codes in an already existing Netflix account you can do without problem.
If you don't have an IOS phone you can use this extension:

Step1- Use iPhone/iPad/Mac or use this chrome extension for Windows -

Step2- Use Brave Browser if Apple Device (or Chrome if using Extension)
Step3- Use ExpressVPN/IPVanish/Tunnelbear
Step4- Go to
https://www.netflix.com/redeem
Step 5- Enter your Gift Code and proceed
Step6- You should see this screen-https://imgur.com/a/fAgt4vU
Step7- You would get a screen which tells you the coupon amount, asks for Email address of an existing account, or register on a new account with free trial.
If you do not get a screen with both Login and Register Option, then change VPN, reinstall browser and retry from Step2.
Once you get a new account registered using iPhone, you can easily apply additional Codes to that account using even NordVPN.
