New free ( achievable ) and paid ranks and awards must be introduced in order to restore the threads ratio to what it was when people were striving for ranks. Currently 1:16

another achievable rank is possible, but now is not the right time for it. Maybe in near future :)
Awards aren't needed we have a lot of awards already. Paid rank I don't think is currently needed
