You didn't explain the installation properly, and there's no package.json file to install the libraries so you can't even run it

Thank you for the criticism. I know didn't explain the installation properly cause my English is not very well but i'm still trying and If there is no package.json file NPM uses the package-lock.json file but i've edited the post.
