i dont think its on the staffs side the issues you have.
Edge is not a really good browser.
the issues you have might be from any blocking extensions that you have installed or edge that itself has.

i do recommend : Firefox (Modified and Tweaked Version for more Privacy) if you want that or just normal Firefox.
if you do not like firefox , then there is : iridium browser based on chromium and is also auto configured for more privacy.
or just simply use normal Chrome if you dont care about privacy that much. <3
