Hi this is my first post, i found a probably already known strategy to get games on stores like GOG with big discount 
First you need a gog acount for the cyberpunk exemple. Disconnect yourself from the website and delete all the cookies and tracking stuff in you browser.
After that you need a vpn (there are a lot of free vpn in add-on like urban vpn on firefox).
Select Russia location and go on GOG, log in and put the currency in dollars at the bottom of the page (you can also select your language it will be easier).
