Additional Information:
1. Wanted to purchase a Netflix Upgrade.
2. Asked if their Upgrades have "geoblock" issues BEFORE PURCHASE.
3. They confirmed that they have no such issues and can watch "without VPN" and got full "1-year warranty".
4. Proceeded to make the purchase and the Upgrade was completed by them.
5. Logged into account and "Geoblock".
6. Informed them, they promised a replacement account that works "WITHOUT GEOBLOCK" and waiting since 3-days.
7. Now, they say these incredible quotes:
"As our pleasure we do for you with other method but we shouldnt. And you are mad on us"
PS: After all, I only wanted a Netflix Upgrade that works without Geoblock, is that too much to ask for? :D
If your SFR Upgrades have regional restrictions, why don't you mention the same in your TOS?
Need a replacement instead of "we will do it when we do it" or similar laughable statements.
Crypto address for a refund: Need a working replacement as promised.
