Most configs die within a month, and there is a shortage of desktop keys, you will need an active account with mail-access to start

Mobile accounts on the other hand are more easily possible as last time I checked, it doesn't require 2fa when trying to sign in

Yes, desktop apps require mail access account to get by the 2FA
For mobile accounts you'll need to make a config that uses their mobile API, idk anything about that so you'll need to go find that stuff yourself
Note that if you get a working mobile account, you can't use that same account for the desktop application because of the 2fa
You can use free proxies from places like proxyscrape.com and such, but that generally gives an average low CPM
If you want high CPM so you can check your combos faster get paid proxies, like proxyware
