Hey, 
I was going to get ProxyScrape Proxies (1,000 for $24).
Have seen mostly good reviews etc, but also people saying that the website is a complete scam.
Therefore I wanted to ask here once to have certainty. 
I would also be interested in what I get for a CPM with these proxies.
