[Question] Better chance of Amazon Refund

So I don't even know if anyone will answer me but I just wanted to ask what the best way is to avoid the "i am asking my superior" or "I will contact the Specialists" kind of Sentences which will end up in a 6hr queue for an cheap email that tells you they are investigating and you need to wait even longer.

I've texted them (via chatbox) on Amazon.de with an aged acc (2-3 years)

Do you have an ip associated with amazon.de? or is it some random country?

And is your name/email inappropriate/childish? 

One of these two could possibly be the reason.

Nothin of that my IP is correct and there is no childish name or anything
