Lets say you have degree or at least educational background  but didn't get through job. Just broke. But then you have skills in hacking and programming. How will you represent yourself as hireable/valuable to any company to get a job.

How will you  respond if a company (govt/private) ask you "Why should we hire you?"

In times of economic recession will you seek job or run your own business?

If you have knowledge in programming thats very good.
You may use it in website design or app design.
Also look into selling SaaS (Software as a Service).
Furthermore you may get online certificates,
but im not sure how good they are.
You can find them on different websites

You could mention any relevant courses you have taken,
projects you have completed,
or technical skills you have developed,
and explain how they make you an asset to the company.

In times of economic recession, it can be difficult to find a job, but it is also an opportunity to consider starting your own business.
If you have a particular skill or expertise that you can leverage, such as hacking or programming, you may be able to offer your services as a freelancer or consultant. Alternatively, you could consider starting a business that leverages your skills in these areas, such as developing software or offering cybersecurity consulting services. Starting a business can be risky, but it can also be a rewarding way to use your skills and expertise to create value for yourself and others.

Hope this helps! ma'am Hackerman

If you have good programming skills that can be monetized, then program software or sell the source to buyers.

Fuck a job.

There's a hope then.

To become a hacker means to understand the box as well as the outside of the box. The thing is that jobs often need you to do one or two specific tasks, so realistically it wouldnt be that much of a help.
