Recaptcha login issue

When trying to login on pc I can’t as when I press login I get an error saying please solve th recaptcha to verify your not a robot but there is no recaptcha to press its missing an d needs to be fixed

I’ve tried with other browsers also and it’s not showing it

Not using a vpn and have tried clearing cache also used different browsers and no recaptcha was showing when using a pc
