If anyone here thinks i am guilty at this i am willing to refund his 15$ as its a low payment i can make that much i dont care please leave your opinions below

i will do that if the admins here tell me its fine to do that as i said before in dms but you didnt say do that before if i do send you 15$ btc and then you say you didnt get the payment thats gonna be fked up so lets have an middle man this time an admin only form c.to i am refunding the amout to sent me but with an middle man admin
