1. To have a fixed duration and roll day
   
   
2. giveaway not longer than 1 month
   
   
3. Giveaway roll by staff only smod +
   
   
4. No asking for rep as requirement in giveaway
   
   
5. Rolling the giveaway even if the participation is low
   

And making a sticked thread with rules in giveaway section
