Additional Information: Contacted this guy to order B4U after my go-to UberEats guy went down. Paid $29 for a 50% off delivery from Panda Express. Dude messed up the address on the delivery which, I believe, is why the order didn't get delivered. The second replacement order the guy sent me 2 screenshots of basically a 20 minute window to catch the driver dropping off my food, no updates when near. I stayed outside my apartments the whole time and no car came to drop off my food. Either the service was bad or the food was never actually ordered. I asked for a refund of my $29 but was ignored.

We ordered for the OP twice, but he claims he never received them, which is strange because this would be the first instance in which this has happened. We refused to refund the OP because we did our part, and our TOS clearly states, "We do not offer any refunds unless the order is explicitly marked cancelled." and both of his orders say delivered, But he completely ignored our TOS and kept asking for a refund, which to me is a little suspicious. He could've asked for credits or something else, but he kept asking for a refund and threatening to make a scam report if we don't refund him.

I will gladly show any kind of proof that both of his orders were actually placed since the OP is making random accusations such as "the food was never ordered."
and if you look at the timestamps of the messages, it doesn't really look like someone who was looking for his food or never got it; instead of looking for his food, he was arguing and threatening us, and that's assuming it never arrived in the first place.
I even offered to reorder for the 3RD TIME at any time as I refuse to refund someone who is ruining my reputation in order to get some free food.

"We ordered for the OP twice". The first order doesn't count because it was the wrong address, so really only once.

"He could've asked for credits". I'll take credits too. I just don't want to receive nothing

"instead of looking for his food, he was arguing and threatening us" I only brought up the scam report after I was ignored when you said the orders were delivered

"I even offered to reorder for the 3RD TIME". This is a lie, it literally says in the chat logs that you "will not re-order or refund"
