Additional Information: I wanted to make this Public, so people who actually bought this E-Book, can actually take action against Seller. 

I did not purchase the E-Book, yet i have valid proof his methods were Public.

Also a warning, be careful when purchasing E-Book's always take a look if the Method is public. IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO SELL PUBLIC METHODS.

He asked me for a copy of my ad tool that I sell for $300. I told him no and he came up with this. I asked for a vouch copy of my twitch eBook method to touch up on it and make lots better. I gave him my viewer bot which I sell for $30 generally. I told him I would give a vouch copy of my ebook not my tools.
