@SelfMade we talked on the thunder server before closing, I opened my ticket and talked to Gogo and you. They said they will give me 50% on your AIO and "a lot of combos". I wrote that it was not fair for me and I could not accept it, gogo was not sure and you did not want to offer something else in the ticket apparently because you did not respond.Now I just hope you are aware and give me back the money for the time I do not use your service (ThunderxCloud) = 82 $

Everyone knows, that lifetime is not actually lifetime, but I still think that it would be unfair not to give anything to you in return.

But giving you a full refund($82) is not fair, since we were running for almost 2.5 months.


Before reading further, do know that I also gave the ENTIRE DB(100+ Million Lines) of ThunderX to customers that bought lifetime, or bought very close to our shutdown. We ALSO gave another 20M lines, which spans over 20 days, so you got another 20 days of service, even though we closed. So a 82$ refund just doesn't seem fair at all.

I would like to let staff decide how much of a refund would be fair.

First of all, $ 82 is not a full refund as the amount paid was $ 152. I am subtracting $ 70 for the time I was in the service (1 month 20 days). No one expects to be there for a lifetime, but if you knew that your service would close in 1 month 20 days you could say it and people only bought a plan for months or days.

Secondly, you only gave one last combo of 4M lines as goodbye that was like one more day of restock, I don't know what you mean with 20M for 20 more days, you only sent combos of the service's function time, which used in the time I was in the service (1 month 20 days).

In fact, all users received that amount (4M), and the combos that had been uploaded during all the time of service, obviously these would not be counted since they had been uploaded before
