Additional Information: I wanted to exchange my 50$ crypto to paypal. I made a thread and this guy contacted me. He said he could do this exchange for a 2$ fee so i paid him 52$ LTC and he said he would exchange. After i sent him the money he has been coming up with excuses not to send all the time. first he told me his paypal was limited for 3 days. I asked him if he could refound but he said his friend would send. When it didnt work for his friend to send he said he would refound but never did. Now when i asked for refound like 24 hours after i first sent the money he just blocked me.
