Wow, your relative was so lucky to have the opportunity to work for the Imperial Post Office in China. After reading your post, I can see how much the china post tracking has changed for the better. I often order things from china because of the affordable prices and the variety of choices that the shops offer. That being said, I have been using the china post service for quite some time, and never did I have any problem with it. Not only are my packages always delivered in time, but the administrators are always online to help me out whenever I need them.

I think I would sell you anything worth 10 dollars for an Amazon or eBay gift card. Anything else will not be a fair trade. And I don't think even that will be fair. Personally, I've seen gift cards being given for free multiple times on https://www.dontpayfull.com/explore. Sometimes people are lucky enough to catch some promo codes and get free gift cards. And then they try to sell them for double just because they think they can. And some people are dumb enough to buy it. 10 dollars mean 10 dollars in anything. You should get as much as you give.
