wifi doesnt affect vps speed, my vps download speed is around 500 I still get the same result with a bad wifi. Also I suggest you to try Microsoft Azure vps or google cloud vps I use azure rn and it is   in my  opinion
edit: remote desktop gets little bit laggy with bad internet speed but you wont face problems like that cuz your internet is fast

Azure or google cloud wont ban me for build sql injection panel like sib?
