Maybe crack league accounts or osrs accounts hope you get a decent one and try and sell it?

You could go dumpster diving. Or if you look like a traveler and you're backpacking you also could just go from restaurant to restaurant asking for food leftovers or explaining them that you're traveling right now and don't really have money but are hungry, I did it a lot when I was traveling through Europe.

Besides that, you could also try to social engineer your food at busy places like McDonalds or BurgerKing.
