Don't know what spooky story you expect, since there's mostly really just forums and drug markets in the deep web.

The weirdest thing I've come across so far was a chinese news reporting site, that was reporting news that are illegal in China. Besides that my worst experience was getting ripped off from a drug market.

Honestly? I thought it was pretty uneventful. A lot of websites that looked like they belong in 2007-era internet age with very little content. It was mainly a bunch of drug markets, CC codes, and "carded" products but none of it seemed interesting so I gave up. It wasn't really all that interesting. :(
