Are you serious, someone I know bought one few months ago from there, did he do it illegally then?

I live in Turkey and we don't buy dog in pet shop. But If we want dog, we get it from the shelter. Maybe he did it.
To my knowledge, since you aren't allowed in pet shops, breeders make good houses for the dogs and sell and it allowed
But I can't get anyone in contact that ship overseas, can you help me?

I heard breeders are allowed, just no selling in pet stores, but breeder can open his own place for selling dogs, can you please me since you live in turkey
