Screenshots of Communication: I lost many conversations with him since he had gotten 3 discord accounts banned in a month, but I've scraped as much as I could.

Additional Information: I don't have too much screenshots as the user has been terminated by discord multiple times. But basically he's an admin on a server called "Ominus" and announced he was doing Logitech SE, I paid him 18% which was 0.00302341 BTC // https://i.imgur.com/AvcBO2u.png . And later asked if he wanted to do a service with me, he agreed to it, I paid for graphics. He bans everyone from the discord then dips me and uses the graphics for his own server, it still has my name on it. The graphics costed me 0.00116127 BTC // so if he wants to use them, he'd have to pay me. The SE that I paid 18% for FAILED, and i've paid on Jan 13, 2020. Plenty of time for him to do multiple SE, yet excuses after another, I am still seen waiting. Well,in my terms of services,as i showed u,it says i will be refunding u 50% of the amount u paid, since i'm not the one,who's supposed to to pay for the pictures of the product etc..,after all i tried to be succesful,many times which i paid even more,then what u did.
i also got scammed for 1500$,and you knew it as well.
And i'm offering u 25% of the amount u paid,will take me some time to refund u since i'm out of money.
But,still. i'm going to refund u 25%,when i'm supposed to refund u nothing.

When I bought from you you were just advertising on another discord. Saying that you were selling logitech products for 18%, you never had a server. No TOS was made. So after the purchase was made, months later the TOS was made. Doesn't make sense that I should follow it if I purchased BEFORE the TOS was ever made and I didn't find out until today
