Additional Information: We made a deal with @Liars as MM, i will get 243$ paypal and he will get 243$ ltc and i am gonna pay for MM fees, everything was fine, i pay for hem using LTC and then he went offline, after 15m he come again saying i have problems with paypal i can only send 226$ so i told hem to send me 226$ and if you gonna send me 18$ tmrw i can accepte that, he said ok tmrw, then he got money in ltc and he went offline, next day he didn't pay until 17/04/2021 he posted a pic that he send 18$ to me so, i login to check the account and i found that he opened a dispute on the 226$ he send to me as unauthorized, in most of cases paypal will remove money from my paypal and send it back to the real owner and thats what happen to me, now he received his money in LTC without any problem, and now i am suffering problems here, first my paypal got limited because of that , second i lost 226$, third its my third time getting scammed  , i contacted hem and then he stat thinking and he said the account isn't his own, its his brother account, his brother opened the case and close it but if you check the pics its not closed its escalated to paypal.

+ the thing with the dispute i explained everything . but it seems that u didnt got it .

+ i can even proof that the payment i sent at 16.07 and the case was opened and closed at the same day . even before u told me . so i think this is enough to proof that i am not scamming everyone here and this is just a misunderstanding

EDIT : i am more than happy to go on discord stream and stream everything for the mod solving this issue . since its the only way showing the truth without photoshop

bcz if i refund him crypto before him sending me the paypal

he can just keep my payment and after 180days he can get the money out if his account stays limited.

For me the case is closed . And PayPal won’t give me money back . If the buyer don’t gets his money . He should just refund me the transaction and I refund him the crypto . We can use u as a middleman again

Liars, I have had this happen to me a few times - paypal closes the case for the sender, but it is still open for the receiver. At the end, I always got my money (it took 2-3 days) - this is some automatic paypal security shit. Give him DWC tag until it's resolved, but I am pretty sure the guy will get his paypal money soon unless the dispute was actually created by RealWhis and not paypal themselves.

the case got created by my brother . so u can count it as me . But the Case got opened and got closed after 2 hours after my brother saw my message
