Deleted the messages. Claimed he wouldn't refund me for my business sellix subscription.
Additional Information: 

. He deleted this along with other stuff but. He also tried to disassociate himself with this forum.
The reason I'm asking for a refund is because I wasn't even on day 1 of my renewed subscription. So I payed for it and had a few days left on my old subscription and then before the new one started my shop was terminated.
I'd also recommend removing Sellix from the toolbar when creating a thread as they are terminating many shops.

The TOS does not disprove it as I never received my product. It is like being paid for a project, then deciding not to work with them because you don't agree with how they work. You cannot keep the money after that point as you have not even began the project. You have to give it back. Which in this case. I paid for a subscription and I did not receive the product due to the fact that before it even started my shop was terminated.
