 Selling "Tools/Software" on the marketplace requires the rank Supreme. Sales Threads for Tools/Software by members with a lower upgrade rank will be deleted.

That's just to say you can post in the marketplace, however you can't sell tools with just a Contributor rank, you'll need Supreme.
