Requesting a full refund for the 4x Netflix upgrades that I purchased, totalling $60. My experience has been extremely disappointing, as the accounts provided were far from functional, frequently downgraded, and failed to offer the stable solution. Instead, the service was virtually non-existent, lasting barely a few days at a time.

I encountered severe delays right from the outset, waiting nearly five days to receive my initial order. Regrettably, I gave the seller a second chance, only to face the same issues again. Despite the promise of an enduring upgrade, the accounts repeatedly stopped working

If you intentionally lock the accounts just to buy more time, I can't do anything about that. [ every time i can't go and reset the password for you ; i ain't got no time for that BS.

Of course I'm allowed to give feedback on your shop. because you're clearly incapable doing any Upgrades on the Shop. ( I know for a fact you're reselling the service from someone else. )

You're totally wrong, I'm alone to doing upgrades/fixes and i have a lot of customers.
i tried my best to doing upgrades in a lest time.
i'm the seller not reseller, everyone know it, it's not my problem if another one using same method, no one can keep method in pocket.
For the last part: you can read TOS before buying anything then leave the feedback, the seller is allowed to not give something else if it's not in terms of service.
you know what's the restock?

I feel sorry your customers for having to endure such a disappointing service from you.

To clarify, you expect me to pay for the service, wait aimlessly for five days, and then encounter a failure within 24 hours?

By the way, there is another scam report about you that I came across. I'm not sure if you're aware of it, but it further supports my claims.

I don't know what you smoking, but your terms of service on Sellpass did not explicitly state the requirement to contact you first on Discord before making a purchase.

Our conversation ended on Telegram. I am not interested in engaging with your unreliable services any further. I kindly request a refund.

I finished your upgrade yesterday and asked you to send downgrades but you didn't respond, You can't ask for a refund because you accepted TOS in Sellpass & Telegram.
