It was mainly all done through their ticket system but I got messages from one of the workers "Gurkha"
Gurkha sending me credentials for RDP on 22nd April 2020:
30 April 2020 RDP's go down for everyone. No screenshots from server as I've been kicked/banned/whatever
Last message to and from Gurkha before being blocked and whatnot...:

They had lots of customers so hopefully some of them took screenshots before being kicked from server. Either I'm being premature and posting this way too soon but better for the community to be safe! Highly likely its an exit scam
