1:
He never tried the method and instantly went to shit talking.

2:
Ticket is still opened and he lied in his thread that I refused to help him when he never asked for help (can provide proof)

3:
This guy was already banned before for selling false GiftCard gen, not surprised he is doing same with config.
is an invalid claim as the "scam" was I couldn't refund the person.

4:
The config is working and the method was proven minutes after I banned him to be working.

5:
If I was to refund him, this broke nigga would get a working PayPal config + methods for free, and most likely leak them.

2) most of my buyers were very aware of these methods, and I shouldn't have even included them because your dumbass thinks they are necessary for them to work

3) You never tried the method so you do not know this, there is alot of proof the method works, I even have ranked members on here who have dm'ed @Darkness proof of this
