Additional Information: Good day, ppl. Contacted the guy, asked for valid&private combos according to his price. There were vouches in his thread. I want to emphasize the fact that somehow 2 positive comments were deleted after my purchase. How's it possible? People leave positive feedback and then disappear? So, I bought it, checked with my Anti-Public - it was 100% public. I didn't even check the whole database with my AIOC, first 5 emails were enough to see that people were recovering empty steamaccounts from different countries on different days. Lots of spam and etc. - raped and used e-mails, you know. When I pointed that out and said that those are equal to shitty hollow giveaways - man said "sorry for inconvenience, blah-blah, gonna replace". Asked me to wait 7 hours. I did wait 9. He replaced - that was the same -_-. Also when I was buying he asked me which domains I need. I sent him and about a half of the database was arcor.de which I didn't ask him to provide me with. Cuz it's shitty and y'all know that. I gave him elaborate and proper list of domains I need. Now when I ask him to refund - he's silent. The reason: product doesn't match the one which was promised in his sell-thread. 

All I ask now - refund. I don't want a replacement again, cuz no trust already. I'd better find another seller. 
Crypto address for a refund: gonna send it as soon the seller is ready to refund.

That's should be dealt with before he scams big. (if he is indeed a scammer. I would apologize in case he's not, lol, np)

I insist that you also ban those who vouched for him. Those are either paid or his partners, they should be punished. If it wasn't for their vouches I'd have never bought from a guy like this. Their reviews also affected the second victim, who was scammed for 175$. Please, do something with that. I won't be even surprised if those are his multiaccs that soon gonna scam some1 else
