Additional Information: After I tried to talk to him things through, My last option would be what I'm doing now. Ordered from his service 5 times. After my last purchase I started receiving DMs from the servers owners that I asked Azure to boost. The bots that he used to boost the server left the server after 24h's or less. So, of course, I went to open a ticket on his discord shop to find a way to fix what was happening. Above is the ss's of the ticket until today. He also posted an annoucement while I was trying to talk this through (https://prnt.sc/-ZUbNf9-7iNo). Since he can't replace the boost I asked for a refund. Because at the end I paid for a service that even tho is not their fault but it is their resposability to provide it. As you can see in the annoucement post he talked about a 45% in the next purchase. BUT I don't want to waste more money in a service that isn't working. I want him to fix by boosting the servers again - like it was supposed to since the beginning - OR refund all the money I spent on his - not working - service. (They don't have anything related to rules or Terms of Service on his discord server - https://prnt.sc/OMpAKalnOZez | https://prnt.sc/-2_rNePKKyIf - I could ss all the rooms but I think I have the essencial).
