Additional Information: I bought an adobe subscription for 11 months. I have 9 more months but subscription stopped a week ago.
He promised me that he will resolve but now he starts selling again subscription without resolving mine.
I opened tickets on discords, try to write personally ( I am blocked by the way). I see no solution but open a case.
Before i bought 9 months i bought 3 and worked ok ( i must give him 3-4 times mail and start a discussion because stopped working and didn't recognize my sub).
