I am also the user who argued with PinkyTheBrain in the censored image regarding refunds getting you blacklisted on the previous thread

My story may not be as detailed as his because he coined it pretty well.

I will gladly pay for his proxies when they are online but having to wait since the 3rd, and only getting to use the proxies for 2 days before he's completely shutting down and stopped offering.

I have given a timely set expectation even warning days in advance that I wanted a refund by the end of November. This is not the case and Verified has been impossible to talk with, his staff has been rude, incredibly unprofessional in the entire matter.


Unfortunately I am out thousands of dollars in revenue because of this, this is part my fault for trusting this service too much but I cannot let this go on for any longer.

I've never doubted the quality of the proxies, what I won't take is the absolutely god awful communication. Completely ignored for a month and only now being met with excuses. I'm well aware that launching a product takes time and you run into issues that was previously unknown.

If you're going to say "today" it must mean it has been tested and 100% working in a live environment and stop bsing. You could have saved everyones doubts by spending 2 minutes of each day or even every other day leaving an update. (You don't even need to go on Discord for that, you have a full team of staff)
