I never mentioned any php files nor referred to em, so i dont really get your point of saying i have no knowledge of it.
Part of my education is web development, and it has been my part time job for some years. (if KSZ wanna confirm that, id gladly do it - though i dont see the relation to this case)

Your service was to provide a working panel - which you didnt.

When you had to show proof of it, you loaded export files from 2017 (Not PHP files u imbecile)
You made it seem like you had it working, but the matter of the fact is it was just showing it running a old save state.

Any monkey would be able to change the ip of the panel, and make it seem like it was working.

show proof of the panel working with actual links (not some links from 2017, some of which the panel says is a hit, even though the site is no longer up - well done monkey boi)

You have failed to provide proof of a working panel, and you tried to lie of that it was just a old savestate for the server both to me and KSZ.

Is it possible that he can just look through thread, there should be plenty evidence showing that its just a old savestate or what you would call it.
If that isnt enough, let me know - ill pay for the server to get opened as currently its out of money.
But paying 12USD to have refunded 20USD doesnt really make much sense - let alone if i dont win the case.

This is beyond boring now.

@KSZ can you make a decision? His server being disconnected for non payment would usually end up with server suspension/deletion meaning my setup and my installation will be gone.

I'm not refunding someone cause they bought something that they didn't know how to use.

Zombie can check all my installation files for SIB if this guy still has them, he will see it is configured properly.

If he's lost them due to non server payment again that isn't my fault nor problem.

@KSZ he has also left me rep stating I scammed him which isn't true and is actually against forum rules.

He is saying part of his education is Web development but he's paying someone 2pusd to edit a few lines of code in a couple of different php files which is all /*commented code*/ telling you what to do and change.... If he was a website dev or has any knowledge at all he wouldn't need to pay someone to edit literally 4 or 5 files, obtaining to about 6 to 8 lines of code along with changing the php.ini or uploading the one you get with the sib installation.

SIB doesn't work without shells unless you configure the config.php file and a line of code near the bottom you need to change from false to true and and you need to disable the htaccess login/auth to run sib without shells.

I know you haven't done this cause I seen the code when I last logged in AND you never asked me to do this you wanted to use shells you sourced yourself.

The shells could of been the issue, the server it's self could of had an issue but I know for a fact it was installed an configured correctly and have proven this.

Also I sent a video of me refreshing your website to @KSZ you can't fake a video refresh.

I've done many SIB installations after I've released the source and as I can see on the screenshots posted by both of you, there's some misconfiguration as it doesnt started working correctly, beside that you didnt even installed it clean, it contained lots of unusable old data.

You mind pointing out what those miscsonfigurations are? Because out of maybe 10-15 people this guy is the first to complain. 

Also how have you even checked the code? He hasn't paid for the server to keep running, you have no idea if what he has sent you is what I uploaded to the server unless he pays for the server to be re-established (if it hasn't already been wiped by now?). 

I'm not going to refund based on you saying its reconfigured based on SCREENSHOTS when I wasn't allowed to use screenshots as evidence to support my case.

Show me where the errors are and miss-configurations you speak of..

That simple isnt true, I asked you to source me shells, you gave me a seller and you were the one who installed the shells for me.

I have had a trial mod in on the thread, who confirmed that i should have a refund:

He might have installed panels correctly for other people - but him confirming mine is working, and me following every request he made, ended up in a non working panel.

I really dont get it

Ive also provided the several types of links ive tried, if he can just confirm on how a link would look that would explain a lot.
Because he knows one of them is correct
