Additional Information: Basically this guy claimed he was selling amazon instant method(the one everyone is doing). He said no documents were needed, come to see every order tried to refund until now they asked for PR and he said, oh yeah I forgot to send you the PR thing. He refuses to refund. Please ban or make him refund
