Additional Information:  I said in the begin to him i need a fully Belgium list and 100% private. He said yes yes no problem, the list he sent me was 290k other countries than Belgium and only 10 k belgium mails. out of the 10k belgiums i got 1 hit in mailacces that was worthless. After saying in his public chat in discord that i received something worthless he finally wanted to replace me. He gave me a list 300k belgium. I checked all 300k and had not even 1 hit for mail acces, after i told him that on discord he never responded anymore, that is already 10 days ago. In his public chat there was more people in the same situation as me. I feel scammed and want my money back.

Hello first of all yeah i have send him 300k that were not Belgium and yeah he asked me and was talking shit for my combos and i replaced him with a new combo that were 100% Belgium and 100% Private. I did not guarantee any hits on that and i said if it isnt 100% private i can replace other ways no and he agreed to that. Here take a look https://prnt.sc/142c90g

Don't say it's private if I can't get 1 hit out of 300k telenet.be mails. When i find public combos here on cracked im lucky if i find 10 telenet.be mails out of a combo, but most of time i have some hits. why would i pay you if you give me 300k list but with not even 1 hit ? It's second time u give me trash.

Also i want to say, don't start a service selling '100%' and 'hq' combos if u dont give that to people. The reason i bought from your service is because you guaranteed 100% private lists. after giving me trash u say yes if it's not 100% private no problem i will replace you with a new list, but now it's the second time u gave me something worthless? And there was more people in ur public chat complaining but you just keep deleting the whole chat. I just want my money back and don't argue with this anymore.

i didnt guarantee hits or anything you asked me for Belgium Private Combos and i did that you bought private combos and i dont think that this has to do with me anymore

What is that for bullshit? starting a private combo service and after people buy something from you, saying " I dont guarantee you will have a hit ". then you just sell trash and absolutely not private, i get more value out of free combos here on cracked. You think you can run away with other people's money so easily. Also you replaced me already one time and the quality was the same as first, u say u only replace and dont give money back... U want to keep give me a new list until i can get 1 hit ?   Also mail acces is not even hard to hit, if it really was private then it had to hit atleast something...  when I find 100 belgium mails in a free combo here on cracked i even get 10+ hits. A 300k list from you can't even hit 1 mail? XD pffff I think it's best to end the discussion here.  @Teken

Yes, hits are not guaranteed. But you need to get at least a few hits out of a 300k combo. @Xnoon either replace him with a combo whichpays out or refund him.
