Amount or Item(s) Scammed: some random tiktok acc name  

Screenshots of Communication: pop - convo, https://i.seized.us/4znqf.png , sent him the btc, about 1-2 weeks later account got "hacked": https://i.seized.us/3rkna.png , didn't hear from him for few days then he suddenly tells me he got the account back and then offers me to buy @Cap, for 40$.. I checked his discord and some other user was already buying it apparently, so i dm'd the guy and he said hes buying the btc now, but reflxct told me it was still available lol, makes no sense. Anyway, asked for a refund and user decided to tell me he doesnt do refunds and cant do refunds, which seems very strange, I also do not want the account back since its gonna get pulled again since the og owners are active and pulled back the account earlier lol.
