Additional Information: so let me explain about the case, first at all I bought a streams from his 12euro (automatically converted by paypal), and in that month too I won a 15k streams  giveaway from Joah (bankwithspotify), my December earning should be around 90$ if I got streams from both Chico and Joah, but I only got 40$-ish, I didn't realized he never sent me streams at all. I bought again at end of January, he never sent me any streams and keep changing the topic until now.

Extra detail about this guy.

He scam-exited by inviting his buyer to a new channel so people don’t know what’s happening inside the new channel.
He also kicked and warned who talk about their incomplete orders.
