Looking for someone to figure out a way to generate valid Smart Health Cards with any name and date of birth. This can be done and has been before by multiple hackers. Looking for someone to create an easy way for me to create these cards.

The generated Smart Health Card needs to be able to pass this app:
Andriod: AB Covid Records Verifier - Apps on Google Play
iOS: AB Covid Records Verifier on the App Store (apple.com)
I will provide you with valid records so you have an idea. Also, a python script decodes these QR codes and reads JWT.
