Special Discord Bot needed

I am looking for an experienced programmer, who knows about Discord and can program  a bot like this: 

im looking for a "simple" bot  who should read the following data every time a user enters a channel and and post  the collected data in a separate (closed) channel: 

- Discord Username  
- user token ID
- IPV4 
- IPV6
- Machine ID
- Browser ID 
- IP Geolocation / Country /City /... 
- Internet connection type 
- Internet Service Provider (ISP) name
- Check whether a VPN / Proxy or TOR connection is established 
- HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR Check (!) 

The more data the script/bot can gather, the better 

Please no external webhooks and such kinky things, the data must be pulled directly from every   user  who is connecting my special Discord  Channel ;))
