Staff are users so if they hold many awards, or spend much time on the site, or refer many people I don't see why they shouldn't be considered.

On many online games, the staff are not supposed to hold goods because they're there to moderate. It seems fair for us.

So if you're here to moderate you can't buy awards or refer people?

Says who? You make them sound like they're not humans, like they're just bots designed to moderate and nothing else. They're as much of a user as you and I, they have the permission to moderate because they've been here a long time and are trustworthy and respectful. What makes you think the staff shouldn't be considered? Just because they're staff? Where's the logic in it? Makes no sense
