(Suggestion) Only Upgraded members have the option to reply on Upgraded Tools Section

So basically it would be much better if only the people who is upgraded had the ability to reply and see the hidden content On Upgraded Tools Section.

it says : This section contains tools that are only useable with Premium, Infinity or Supreme.


But people who doesnt have any rank still does reply, that does mess up the upgraded section with lots of spam from leechers and who knows what they do with them even if they can not use it.

also , for the Exclusive Releases , people that does not have the Auth key still does reply , why? i do not know but it is not a good sign.
so it would be much better if they had the option to reply when they do meet all the requirements and not just have the option to reply even when they do not meet them.

This would make everything much better.
